     Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
1/2 cup italian dressing
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar (can use light)
1/3 cup dijon style or brown mustard
1 tsp ground mustard (optional)
6 pork chops
 

Instructions
In large shallow baking dish or plastic bag, combine italian dressing, sugar and mustards. Add chops; turn to coat.
Cover or close bag and marinate in fridge, turning occassionally 3 hours or overnight. Remove chops, reserving marinade. Broil chops, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade until chops are done. Do not brush with marinade last 5 minutes of cooking. If desired bring remaining marinade to boil and serve over chops.
