     (OZ) BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients
2 Tbl extra virgin OLIVE OIL
2 teas BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 1/2 - 2 teas HONEY
1 teas jarred MINCED GARLIC
1 teas fine minced SHALLOT (or Onion)
1/2 teas.YELLOW MUSTARD
1/2 teas LEMON JUICE
1/2 teas grated PARMESAN
1/4 teas ITALIAN SEASONING
 
coarse BLACK PEPPER - to taste
SALT - to taste

Instructions
In a jar or other container add all ingredients. Cover tightly with lid. Shake vigorously until well- combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate and shake together well before using.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on garden salad or other cold salads, or as a marinade for a chicken breast, fish filet, etc.
