     Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter
2 large stocks celery chopped, ( 1 1/2 cups )
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
9 cups soft bread cubes (about 15 slices)
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9-inch (3-qt.) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Melt butter in pan. Cook onion and celery for 4 minutes until tender. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into baking dish.
Cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
