Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat butter with an
electric mixer for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 cup powdered
sugar. Beat until combined. Beat in water and
vanilla. Beat in flour. Stir in pecans.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart
on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let
cool. Place 1 cup powdered sugar in a plastic bag;
gently shake cooled cookies in bag to coat.
