     Green Chile Pork

3 lbs boneless pork sirloin roast
1/2 cup chicken broth
5 cans diced green chilies (4 oz each)
l pkg taco seasoning
3 tsp ground cumin
12 flour tortillas or corn totillas
Toppings - Shredded lettuce, cheese, onion, pico de gallo, etc.
Can double but maybe not double taco seasoning mix or the cumin
add more later if you want it more spicy at the end.

Place roast in Instant Pot. Pour chicken broth into the instant pot. In mixing bowl, mix together chilies, taco seasoning and cumin. Spoon green chile mixture over pork. Put lid on the pot and put valve on sealing not venting. Press manual or pressure cook for 20-25 minutes per pound of roast.Release pressure and shred. Could slow cook also
