     Teriyaki Pulled Pork Sandwiches

2-3 lbs pork shoulder roast
l medium onion diced
l bottle Teriyaki Sauce (Prefer Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze sauce)
1 can pineapple sliced undrained (crushed would be good)
Toppings- provolone cheese slices, jalapenos, red onions slices

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place roast in slow cooker. Open can of pineapple slices and drain juice into the slow cooker over the roast. Pour 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce over the rooast and save the rest for later. Sprinkle the onions over the top of the roast. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hrs. or 5-6 hrs on high. Shred pork with two forks when finished cooking. Pour rest of teriyaki sauce over shredded meat and add as little or as much as for flavor. Crushed pineapple can be use cooked with meat. If using slices add a slice on sandwich with meat.
