     Italian Vegetable Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into strips
1 jar italian spaghetti sauce
1 bag frozen vegetable combo
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 cups hot cooked spaghetti or liguine
 
Instructions
heat oil in skillet. add chiken and cook until browned and juices evaporate. set chicken aside
add pasta sauce, vegetables, and cheese. heat to a boil. cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
return chicken to skillet and heat through. serve with spaghetti noodles
