Drain cans of tomatoes and put them into a blender,
add remaining ingredients, and blend to a slightly
more liquid than spaghetti sauce consistency.
Cook, covered, for two hours, adding water as needed
to stop from thickening. After cook time remove the
lid and simmer until the desired consistency is
reached.
