     Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
2 Cans of Petite Diced tomatoes
Water to texture
6 Tbl Sugar
3 Cloves of crushed garlic
3 tspn black garlic
3 tspn garlic powder
2 tspn onion powder
4 tspn dried basil
3 tspn oregano
 
1 carrot grated
3 tspn salt
1-1/2 tspn sugar
1 can on fire roasted petite diced tomatoes

Instructions
Drain cans of tomatoes and put them into a blender, add remaining ingredients, and blend to a slightly more liquid than spaghetti sauce consistency.
Cook, covered, for two hours, adding water as needed to stop from thickening. After cook time remove the lid and simmer until the desired consistency is reached.
