First part: cut into flour like pie crust. add water and mix until forms a small ball. divide ball into two parts. press on ungreased cookie sheet about 3" by 12"
Cream Puff: combine butter, water, and almond.bring to rolling boil. add flour, then eggs one at a time. spread over first pastry. bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
Frosting: stir together ingredients in a bowl and spread over puffs.
