     Chicken - Buffalo Style Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
Deli oven roasted cooked chicken (or 2 Cups cooked chicken breast)
8, 6 inch flour taco shells
One, 10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup, low sodium
1 Cup Salsa Verde
1 Cup Deli Buffalo Style chicken dip, found at Publix
1 Cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Salsa and sour cream for serving
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 Deg. F. Shred 2 Cup chicken breast meat. Combine the soup and salsa verde. Spread 1/2 cup of this soup and salsa into a 9 X 12 baking dish.
Warm tortillas for 30 seconds in microwave. Combine the dip and chicken. Place this mixture down the center of each of the 8 shells. Roll the tortillas around the filling and put seam side down into the dish. Top with the remaining soup mixture. Then cover with cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with regular salsa and sour cream.
Pretty good for so quick and easy.
