Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 mini loaf pans
or one 9x5 pan with spray or coconut oil.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk evenly
to distribute. Add brown sugar, white sugar, eggs,
oil, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix on low to
combine. Add zucchini and mix for 30 seconds to
combine. Add nuts or choc and stir to combine.
Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake for 30-35
minutes. Let sit in pan for 10 min to cool, then
turn out onto wire rack.
