     Stuffed Pistollettes

2 packages Pistollettes Rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 10 oz. package frozen broccoli florets
3/4 lb. Velveeta
1 med. onion chopped
1/2 t. creole seasoning
dash of garlic powder
stick of butter

Cut at an angle the end of each roll. Cut out the inside of the roll. Cut out the inside of the top you cut off and save top. Saute ground meat, onion, creole seasoning and a dash of garlic powder. Cook until meat is done. Drain off all the liquid. Cook broccoli until tender. Drain well. Add cheese stirring until the cheese is melted. Add to meat mixture and mix well. With a teaspoon fill each roll with mixture. Replace cop end. Dip in melted garlic butter completely covering the roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
