     Scalloped Potatoes

6 to 8 potatoes sliced, rinsed, patted dry
Velveeta slices
room temp butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup milk
minced dried onion

pre heat over to 350 layer potatoes in the bottom of greased 13x9 pan. top with a layer of sliced cheese, lightly sprinkle with onion, salt and pepper to taste. add dots of butter on top. repeat layers until full. Then mix the cornstartch with the milk and pour over potatoes. Then top with slices of cheese.
Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked and cheese has browned,
