Slice onions, Measure veg, and set aside. Beat egg
and set aside. Combine thoroughly sauces and spices,
and set aside.

In a nonstick pan on medium, heat butter and oil.
Add veggies and saute until thawed. Raise heat and
add rice, stirring often. When heated through, push
all to the edges of the pan.

Add egg in the middle. Quickly scramble and work it
into the rice. Give all a good stir. Evenly drizzle
on sauce and give another good stir. Serve
immediately and garnish with parsley.
