Sautee onion in butter on low-ish heat and sprinkle
with sugar. Stir more and more often as it
caramelizes.

Empty sour cream into bowl and mix well with other
ingredients (except chives).
|
|
|
When onion is done, add to bowl and mix well. Pour
back into sour cream container, cover, and
refrigerate several hours or overnight.
|
|
|
Total- 240mg per container, or 30mg per serving.

Serve sprinkled with chives, with either Kroger or Lay's wavy lightly salted chips.
