     Cream sauce with capers and tomatoes

Ingredients
2 T. onion chopped fine
2 T. garlic chopped fine
1 1/2 cups 1/2 & 1/2
1 T. butter and olive or avocado oil
poultry seasoning
1/2 teas. cayenne pepper
juice from 1/2 lemon
approx. 1/4 cup parmesen cheese
parsley
 
diced tomato
3T. capers

Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in butter and oil, medium heat. Add 1/2 & 1/2, poultry seasoning, cayenne pepper and heat to hot, not boiling. Add juice from lemon. Add parmesan cheese to thicken. Add parsley and capers. When ready to serve, stir in tomatoes.
