     Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup water
1/4 tsp salt
3 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa
2 sticks Butter
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
 
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Baking soda
2 Eggs
Instructions
1) Mix flour & sugar together 2) Bring to a boil next 4 ingredients & add the flour & sugar. 3) Mix buttermilk and other 3 ingredients and fold into the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased large cookie sheet.
Bake 15-20 miutes at 350 degrees
Frosting- 1 stick butter 3 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa 6 Tbsp buttermilk Boil the above 3 ingredients then remove from heat and add 1 box of confectionist powdered sugar (3 1/2 Cups). Last add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup walnuts. Spread over hot cake right out of the oven. Both should be hot/warm. Enjoy!
