Grease & Four round pans or tube pan
1) beat sugar, eggs, until thick light color.
2) mix together dry ingredients. Stir into egg
mixture.
3) Fold in carrots, pineapple, nuts.
4) Spoon batter into pans
Bake 350 Degrees for 35-40 Minutes
Cream Cheese Frosting-
8 oz cream cheese,
1/2 Cup melted butter,
2 Tsp Vanilla,
16oz powder sugar.
Beat all ingredients till well blended.
Crushed Pineapple is optional in iceing
