Heat a skillet on medium high heat. Add chopped
bacon and cook until crisp. Remove from the pan. Add
andouille sausage and cook until browned and warm.
Remove from the pan.
Add sliced bell peppers and onions, saute for 2-3
minutes. Add cabbage and cover the pan, cooking
for 8-10 minutes until the cabbage is soft,
stirring occasionally. Once cabbage is done season
to taste with garlic salt and cajun seasoning.
Add the bacon and sausage back in and serve!
