Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a 8x8 pan
with foil or parchment paper.
Add butter and sugar to a bowl and microwave about
1 minute or until butter is melted. Whisk in the
eggs and vanilla. Stir in the oil and cocoa
powder.
Stir in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and
salt. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared
pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
