     Mints with Cream Cheese

1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 tsp oil of pepperment or flavor of your choice
6 2/3 cups powdered sugar
any desired coloring

Combine in bowl room temp. cream cheese, flavoring, powdered sugar. Kneed with hands until like pie dough. Color the dough as desired. Roll in balls the size of marbles. Put dough ball in granulated sugar. Press in mold sugar side down, unmold at once. Mints will harden when left at room temp. Store in frige.
One half batch makes a fair amount of mints.
