     Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
3 cucumbers, medium
1/2 onion, chopped
2-3 carrots, large, grated
1/4 cup margarine
3 tbsp flour
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 cups hot water
 
2 cups milk, optional
1 tbsp fresh dill.

Instructions
Sauté cucumbers, onions, and carrots in margarine. Add flour, salt and pepper. Dissolve chicken bouillon in water before pouring over vegetables; add milk. Cook together 5 minutes before serving. Can be frozen. This can be made in an electric fry pan.
