     Costa Rican - Chicken Rub

Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts slice in half lengthwise
3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp smoked paprika
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
 
2 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
Coat the sliced breasts, pan fry to 165 internal temp.
Serve with pan roasted veggies such as red, yellow peppers, green and yellow squash, black beans, rice. Salsa and or guacamole
