1 cup sugar (try brown sugar if you like

1/2 cup margarine or butter

2 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla
|
|
Bring to slow boil
|
|
Add-
|

1 cup chopped walnuts
|
|
|

3 cups graham crumbs (if you want to add coconut, just reduce the crumbs by 1/4 cup and
|
|
replace with cocunut, what ever ratio you want)
|
|
Press in 9X13 cake pan
|
|
FOR THE ICING
|
|
2 T. COCOA, 3/4 CUP OF ICING SUGAR, 1 TSP. VANILLA, 2 TSP. BUTTER, ADD HOT WATER TILL SPREADABLE
