Mix brown sugar, mustard, and soy sauce into a bowl.
Transfer 1/4 cup in small bowl for basting, cover
and refrigerate.
Pour remaining marinade into resealable bag. Add
wings, coat with marinade, squeeze out excess air,
and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for
at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with
aluminum foil. Remove wings from the marinade, shake
off any excess, and transfer to baking sheet.
Discard excess marinade.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Baste wings with
reserved marinade, then continue to cook basting
every 10 minutes for about 30 minutes.
