Combine and set 1st 2 ingredients in the bottom of
a freezable 9 x 13 pan
Soften ice cream & spread on top of cookie base.
Refreeze
Bring Syrup, milk & butter to a boil. simmer 3-4
minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. cool &
pour over frozen Ice cream. Top with cool whip and
nuts if desired.
