Fold out filo. Brush every 2 sheets with melted
butter. Repeat with 10 sheets. On top sheet spread
jam onto the filo, Sprinkle chopped pistachios,
chipotle powder salt and pepper. Add the feta
rectangles at the edge of the filo sheets along
the wide side of the sheets and roll up really
tight. Slice into 12 rounds with a sharp knife.
