Roll out pastry. Brush with mustard. Spread cheese
and place parchment paper and use rolling pinto
push cheese into dough. Season with pepper. Lay
bacon strips across in even layer. Sprinkle with
brown sugar. Slice length wise with pizza cutter
along each slice of bacon. Twist each piece. Lay
on parchment paper. Put in refrigerator 1 hour.
Brush with egg wash . Bake at 425 25 to 30
minutes.
