     Perogy Casserole

Ingredients
1 kg perogies frozen
1 onion chopped
1/2 lb bacon chopped
2 can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery
1/2 - 3/4 cup of water
1-2 cups of cheddar cheese for top
9X13 casserole dish - lined with parchment paper or ungreased
 

Instructions
Fry bacon, drain but reserve some of the bacon grease to fry onions in. Fry onions
Mix bacon, onions, soup together
Put frozen perogies in casserole dish Pour soup mixture over top Salt and pepper really well Sprinkle cheese over top
400F until cheese bubbles Turn to 275F for 1 hr.
