Instructions
Take 6 C muffin tin. Bigger then the 12 C ones. Cut
lady fingers in pieces. Dip in milk and place in
muffin tins. I put a piece on bottom and then lined
around tin standing up.
Place sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks in pan. Place
on medium heat. Pour in milk and bring to boil. Add
condensed milk and lemon juice and stir until thick.
Pour over lady fingers. Tap pan on surface to remove
any air bubbles Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
To serve. Place on plate and top with options such
as sea salt, berries or lemon slices. Very light and
refreshing dessert
