1 bag or one block shredded cheddar (about 2 cups)
French fried onions, like Durkee’s or French’s, optional on top
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 13 x 9” casserole dish with
cooking spray. Add Chicken and broccoli to dish.
Stir soup and milk in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the
broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with the cheese. Sprinkle fried
onions on top if desired. Cover casserole with foil.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes to crips the onions,
if using. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
