     Ground Beef and Zucchini Cream Cheese Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
12 oz zucchini, cubed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 
2 Tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring and breaking up the meat into small pieces, for a few minutes and add zucchini to finish cooking. Mix cream cheese until fully melted and incorporated. Add 1/4 cup of each cheese into the beef mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Put skillet in oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley and serve.
