     Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup onions diced
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves minced
3 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
 
Sesame seeds and green onion for topping (optional)
Rice (2 rice cooker cups)
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in Instant Pot. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, and garlic. Pour mixture over the chicken.
Pressure cook for 18 minutes. Remove chicken and shred it.
Push the saute button and add 3 tsp cornstarch in 1/4 cup water. Saute for about 5 minutes until a little thickened. Return chicken to sauce and stir.
