Skin the butternut squash and cut into large pieces. Chop the onion
into large pieces. Place all the ingredience with the exception of the
coconut milk, cream and cilantro into a preasure cooker. Cook on
hight for 8 - 10 minutes.
With an immersion blender purate the ingredeints. Add the coconut
milk. Add more salt and stevia if needed.
Serve with cilantro and a swirl of cream on top.
