Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl until smooth. Beat in
the powdered sugar, then cream of coconut and both extracts.
Chill until firm enough to spread, about 30 minutes.
Assembly for 3 layer cake. Place 1 cake layer, flat side up, on
platter. Spread 3/4 Cup frosting on top. Top with second layer, flat
side up. Spread 3/4 Cup frosting on top of this layer. Top with third
layer, rounded side up. Press slightly. Spread thin layer of frosting
over top and sides.
Arrange with whole nuts around top edge of cake. Chill one hour.
Cake can be made one day ahead. Just cover with cake dome and
chill.
