2 or 3 whole jalapeno's (canned) and some of the juice
Instructions
Wash beans, rinse and cover with water in large pot, bring to boil, remove from heat and let sit for 1 hour.
Add pork, salt and pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano, bay leaf, garlic and jalapenos. Cover with water and cook til beans and meat are tender. Check water occasionally.
Serve hot over the following: corn chips, top with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped or sliced avocado's. Can add salsa and sour cream.
