     Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients
2 C. measure for measure gluten free flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 C. milk
5 Tbsp. oil
2 eggs
 

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Cook on a wam griddle until bubbles appear on surface. Flip and cook on the other side.
Serve with syrup, butter, or jam. These can also be used for peanut butter and jam sandwiches.
