Mix cream cheese, sugar, bananas, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Spread mixture over tortillas, roll up and arrange over baking dish. Top with butter and sugar. Bake in a 390°F oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
