In a large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, heat chips and oil for 1 minute at a time until melted and smooth.
Pour melted chips over the cereal mixture and stir until completely covered. Spread on wax paper on cookie sheet. Cool. Store in airtight container.
