     CARAMEL ICE-CREAM CRUNCH

Ingredients
2 CUPS SELF-RISING FLOUR
1/2 CUP QUICK OATS
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
2 STICKS MELTED BUTTER
2 8 0Z JARS OF CARAMEL TOPPING
1/2 GALLON VANILLA ICE CREAM
 

Instructions
MIX FLOUR, SUGAR, BUTTER, OATS AND BROWN SUGAR. PRESS ONTO A COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 15 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND CRUMBLE WHILE WARM.
SPREAD 1/2 OF CRUMBLED MIXTURE INTO BOTTOM OF A 13X9 PAN. POUR 8 OZ. OF CARAMEL OVER MIXTURE. TOP WITH 1/2 GALLON OF ICE-CREAM. SPREAD REMAINING HALF OF CRUMBLED MIXTURE OVER ICE-CREAM. TOP WITH THE OTHER 8 OZ. OF CARAMEL TOPPING.
FREEZE UNTIL TIME TO SERVE. SERVE FROZEN
