In a mixing bowl beat the eggs and salt with a mixer. In a small sauce pan combine sugar and water, cook and stir until mixture is 245 degress.

Add sugar mixture to the mixing bowland beat the whites suffieciently. Dissolve the gelatin in 2 T. of water and mix with the puree.
|
|
|
Add whipped cream and fold it in. Refrigerate.
|
|
|
You can put the mousse on small spongcakes to make a great dessert.
