Put the coconut and sprinkles in a square baking pan, 8x8x2. Mix them togother.

|
With an ice cream scoop, make 4 balls of ice cream (try to make them as round as possible). Place the balls in the baking pan.

|
|
Using 2 spoons, roll the balls around untill each one is coated with the coconut mixture.
|
|
|
Lift each ball out of pan with the spoons and into a desserts dish. Put the dishes in the freezer for 10 minutes so that the ice cream can get hard.
