Chop potatoes into cubes. Simmer can of mushroom sauce and tomato past together. Thaw veggies and garlic in a frying pan with some seasoning.
Boil potatoe cubes for 10 minutes to soften. Layer pan with sauce then a layer of mushrooms, vegetables... another layer of sauce then add shredded cheese and a small layer of parmesan.
Bake for 45 mins.
