2 t. each of brown sugar, cumin,garam masala, paprika, and turmeric
2 t. garlic minced
1 t. kosher salt
1/2 t. cayenne
1 turkey tenderloin, halved diagonally (12oz)
2 T. unsalted butter melted
1/4 cup olive oil
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 t. garlic minced
Pinch of salt
1 frozen pizza dough, thawed (1 lb.)
Instructions
Combine yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, spices, 2 t. garlic,2 t. ginger,salt, and cayenne for the turkey in a bowl.Coat in yogurt mixture, then cover and refrigerate for 30 min ( or up to 24 hr)
Preheat grill to high; when hot oil it well. Grill turkey. covered, for 8 -10 min, or until it releases easily from the grate. Turn pieces over and grill to 160 deg, about 5 min. Remove turkey from the grill, let rest 2-3- min, then brush with melted butter.
Stir oil, parsley, 1 t.garlic,and salt togeather in a bowl for the naan. Shape dough into 2 tennis ball-size pieces, then roll each out onto a floured surface to about 6" in diameter ( or strech out the dough by hand).
Grill untill browned,3-4 min, then turn and grill the other side 1-2 min. Off heat , brush both sides with oil mixture.
