Preheat pizzelle maker (ready when red light turns off)
Mix eggs and sugar then add butter and flavoring in a large bowl. Next add flour and baking powder and mix all.
Place a teaspoonful of the batter in the center of the makers. Close the lid and clip shut. Let it cook for 30 seconds or a preferred amount of time. Remove and place on cooling rack.
