     Williamsburg Souffle

Ingredients
8 slices of white bread
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. cubed ham
4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 t. mustard
3 c. milk
2 t. salt
3. T flour
 

Instructions
Butter a 9x13 pan. Place slices of bread on bottom and sides of pan.
Layer onion and ham in pan. Mix cheese and flour then put that on top on ham/onion layer.
Beat mustard, egg, milk, and salt then pour over mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
