Mix cake ingredients for 4 min. with mixmaster. Bake in 9x13 in. pan or (2) 8 in. cake pans for 35 to 40 min.
For frosting, mix pudding and milk at medium speed for 2 min. Fold in cool whip, then frost cake. Refrigerate 1 hr or longer. Keep refrigerated covered in a cake dish or cover the pan with foil.
