     Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups self rising flour
8 oz fat free sour cream
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
 

Instructions
Cut butter into flour until crumbly (good to use a pastry cutter). Add sour cream, mix well but not too long.
Turn out onto floured board. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
