     Espresso Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1/2cup Whole Milk
3tbs Sugar
1/4tsp Espresso powder
1cup Bittersweet or milk chocolate chips
3 Egg Whites
1/2 Orange
Whipping Cream
 

Instructions
Heat milk in saucepan--just heat! add sugar and espresso powder. remove from heat
Blend chocolate chips in blender to break up-add warm milk and egg whites-blend together to melt chocolate chips.
Pour into dishes and chill for 3 hours
Orange whipped cream--zest orange, use 1/2 juice whip cream with powdered sugar and top on mousse.
