     Spiced Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3c flour
2tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1/2tsp baking powder
1.5tsp cinnamon
3/4c pecans
3 eggs
1T vanilla
2c oil
 
2c. shredded zucchini
1 8oz can crushed pineapple
Instructions
Mix all pour into 2 bread pans. Bake 350 for 1hr.
